PIBM organized the 3rd Season of MICROTOM on 26th September 2020, bringing together all the corporate guests from diverse sectors to share their experiences and the challenges they face, and how they overcome the challenges in this corporate world. Mr. Siji Varghese shared his 3 mains aspects of life which are Passion, Planning & Perseverance and he also talked about continuous upskilling. Mr. Sourav Jain discussed how collaboration with the expertise in the business is helpful. Sumit Goswami gave insights on how emotional intelligence is important in everyone's life, he also enlightened students on learning Design thinking, which will help students in innovating the human-centric approach.

Through this event, PIBM students learned about the different ideas and practices which can be used by Indian companies.
