What are the courses offered by PIBM?

PIBM offers four Post Graduate Management programs at its Pune campus. AICTE Approved - PGDM, affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University - MBA, MBA in FinTech, MBA in Project Management.

What are the Industry-relevant specializations offered by PIBM?

PIBM offers specializations in Finance, Marketing, Applied Business Analytics (only available in PGDM program), Human Resources, Operations (minor), and Analytics (minor).

How much does the MBA/PGDM course cost?

Which entrance exam scores are accepted at PIBM?

We accept test scores of CAT / XAT / MAT / CMAT / ATMA / PMAT (PIBM's aptitude test).
For the MBA program, it is mandatory to appear in at least one of the above exams. However, If a student has not appeared for the above exams and wishes to apply for PGDM, then they have to take the PMAT Test (which is an internal entrance exam conducted by PIBM itself).

If I haven’t studied any management subjects at the graduation level, can I still take admission for the MBA/PGDM course?

What are the prerequisites for admission?

Applicants to PIBM must have undergone Indian formal education program under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 system with minimum 50% aggregate marks in 10th, 12th, and Graduation course.
Selection into PIBM's management programs will be based on scores obtained in:

What is an AICTE-approved PGDM program?

AICTE stands for an autonomous body known as the All India Council for Technical Education. It is an advisory board which grants approval for colleges that want to introduce new courses and subjects.

Does the college provide EMI options for fees payment?

Yes, we do offer EMI options for fees payments through SBI Scholar bank loan, Axis Bank, and Punjab National Bank.

Do PIBM offer any Scholarship program?

As of now, PIBM doesn’t have any provisions for any scholarships.

What are the extra-curricular activities that are conducted in the college?

We conduct various extracurricular activities wherein students actively develop their personalities by practising instrumental, and vocal music, various dance forms, and sports like football, cricket, volleyball, table tennis, badminton, etc. Students are also involved in various Clubs and Committees.

What is the Admission procedure for MBA/PGDM? How to Apply

Admission Procedure - PGDM & MBA Programs

  1. Visit www.pibm.in and click on apply now or you can directly visit our online admission portal https://www.pibm.net
  2. Click on ‘Create an Account’ and register yourself by providing your basic details
  3. After login, proceed to pay Application Form Fees - INR 1000
  4. You can use UPI, Internet Banking, Debit Card and Credit Card for making the online payment
  5. After successful payment, you need to fill the application form
  6. Once the application form is submitted, the Admission Department will communicate the GD and PI dates along with PMAT - PIBM’s internal aptitude test schedule
  7. In case you clear the selection process, you will receive the communication from the Admission Department regarding the further registration process

What is the selection procedure for MBA/PGDM?

PIBM’s selection process is based on the weightage given to the various parameters such as the previous Academics performance, Entrance/Aptitude test scores, Group Discussion, Interview and Internal Aptitude Test conducted by PIBM.

What is PMAT?

PIBM conducts an internal aptitude assessment test known as PMAT for the students. It is conducted for the students who wish to apply for the PGDM program but has secured fewer marks in other exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, etc. In the case of the MBA program, it is mandatory to score a minimum of 50 percentile in national level entrance tests to be eligible to apply.

What is the format of the test?

PMAT test is conducted to check the aptitude skills of the students. The test consists of 50 questions which are divided into three sections. Section 1 checks the Quantitative Ability and consists of 20 questions. Section 2 checks the Logical Reasoning and Data Interpretation skills and consists of 15 questions. Similarly, section 3 checks the Verbal Ability of the students through a set of 15 questions.
The duration of the test is 75 minutes and the total marks are 200 with 4 marks for each question. Also, there is a negative marking of 1 for every wrong answer.
