PIBM - Pune Institute of Business Management Today:

CODE OF CONDUCT
“None will improve your lot if you yourself do not." said Bertolt Brecht..We believe in teaching through example. Education without discipline, sincerity and hard work cannot take you far..However, when students have these qualities, virtually nothing is impossible.
Attendance
100% attendance is expected in all academic and co-curriculars. However, 10% absence can be considered in case of unforeseen circumstances. Failing to have at least 90% attendance, students will have to bear fines and additional fees for re-exams. In addition, the student also earns minus marks. The same goes for absence from co-curricular activities too. Apart from these additional fines, students will also go through the pain of doing double work on assignments / process / work / survey / activity. Damage to property inside or outside the campus will also attract fines; individual or collective along with disciplinary action.

Having placed immeasurable trust and faith in students, subjecting them to any kind of fines, punishment or disciplinary action is something we would hate to do. Students can save us from going through this painful ordeal by maintaining self-discipline and good behavior.
